Sour Guava is potent is the terps; Limonene; a citrus terp found in citrus fruits and is known for its anti-depressant effects, Caryophyllene; a spicy terp found in black pepper and cinnamon with earthy notes and is known for its anti-anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia effects, and Myrcene; a hoppy terp found in hops and lemongrass with herbal notes known for its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal,and anti-inflammatory effects. Other notes are Linalool; a floral terp, Pinene; an earthy terp, and Isopulegol; and herbal terp found in mint. The sour guava was praised  for its  21 different terpenes that were found in the test.
